As an Associate Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to unit testing, deployment, and maintenance. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. You will assist in translating user requirements into technical solutions, write efficient and testable code adhering to best practices, and support the resolution of production and environmental issues in collaboration with QA and support teams. Additionally, you will aid in preparing software releases, perform programming, testing, and debugging to optimize system functionality, and actively participate in agile development processes, including user story grooming and sprint planning.
