MNCJob (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the MNCJob mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”).

b) Job & Platform Usage Data

  • Jobs viewed and saved
  • Job apply click events (redirect-only)
  • Search queries and filters
  • Feature usage and interactions

Purpose: Improve discovery, personalize recommendations, analyze usage, prevent fraud.

c) Device & Technical Information

Automatically collected technical data includes:

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system and version
  • App version
  • IP address
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token
  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

Purpose: Stability, performance, push notifications, security, bug resolution.

3. Location Data (Important Clarification)

MNCJob does NOT collect, access, store, or track location data.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

  • GPS location
  • Approximate location
  • State, city, area, or pincode
  • Background or real-time location data

We do not request or use location permissions.

All job discovery and recommendations are based on:

  • Job metadata provided by recruiters
  • User interactions within the platform
  • Non-location-based filters (if applicable)

4. AI-Assisted Features Disclosure

MNCJob provides AI-assisted features, such as job description auto-fill and drafting tools.

AI usage details:

  • AI processes only user-provided text
  • AI output is draft-only
  • Users must review and approve content before posting
  • AI does NOT verify job authenticity or legality
  • No personal user data is sold or shared for AI training
  • AI usage complies with Google API and AI safety policies

Final responsibility for posted content remains with the user.

5. Analytics, Monitoring & Performance

We use third-party analytics and monitoring tools, including:

  • Google Analytics
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Crash reporting and performance monitoring services

These tools help us:

  • Understand how users interact with the Services
  • Improve user experience
  • Identify bugs and performance issues
  • Prevent misuse and security threats

6. Advertising & Monetization

MNCJob may display advertisements using:

  • Google AdMob (Android application)
  • Google AdSense (Website)

Advertising may be:

We do NOT sell personally identifiable information to advertisers.

Users can manage ad personalization preferences through Device-level ad settings or Google Ad Settings.

7. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send:

  • Job alerts
  • Featured job notifications
  • Important service updates

You may disable notifications at any time through Device notification settings or App preferences.

Disabling notifications may affect certain app features.

8. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share limited data with trusted third parties, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Firebase)
  • Analytics and crash reporting services
  • Notification and email service providers
  • Legal authorities when required by law

All third-party partners are required to follow appropriate security and data protection practices.

When an account is deleted:

10. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliant)

MNCJob provides an in-app and web-based option to delete your account and personal data.

How to delete: Profile → Delete Account & Data

Upon deletion:

  • Account access is permanently removed
  • Personal data is deleted or anonymized
  • Push notification tokens are removed
  • Certain legal or security records may be retained if required by law

Deletion is irreversible.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Access controls
  • Monitoring for unauthorized access

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

MNCJob is not intended for users under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
