1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the MNCJob mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service (Important Disclosure)

MNCJob is a technology-based job discovery and listing platform that enables users to browse job opportunities and access external application destinations.

MNCJob:

Is NOT an employer, recruiter, consultancy, or staffing agency
Does NOT guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment
Does NOT verify, endorse, or certify every employer, recruiter, or job listing
Does NOT control external hiring processes, selection criteria, or outcomes

All job applications are completed outside the Platform via:

Company websites
Career portals
Email applications
Third-party forms or platforms

Users acknowledge that MNCJob acts solely as an information intermediary.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, legality, and legitimacy of any job listing, employer, recruiter, or opportunity before applying.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using MNCJob, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect platform rules, limitations, and moderation decisions

You agree NOT to:

Post or engage in fake, misleading, or fraudulent activities
Impersonate any person or organization
Scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or exploit platform data
Attempt to bypass security, moderation, or posting restrictions
Abuse platform features, analytics, or AI tools

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Recruiter & Job Poster Responsibilities

Recruiters and job posters agree to:

Post only genuine, lawful, and authorized job openings
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date job information
Clearly disclose application requirements and destinations
Refrain from scams, misleading hiring practices, or fake recruitment
Not collect money from job seekers unless legally permitted and explicitly disclosed

Enforcement & Moderation Rights

MNCJob reserves the absolute right to:

Review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job listing
Limit visibility or reach of job postings
Suspend, restrict, or permanently ban user accounts
Disable job posting across Android app, Web app, and Admin panel
Investigate suspicious activity
Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities

Moderation decisions are final and made in the interest of platform integrity.

5. Job Expiry, Availability & Platform Controls

Job listings may expire due to:

Recruiter-selected expiry dates
Platform policies
Administrative review, moderation, or enforcement

Expired jobs:

Are clearly marked as Expired
Have the Apply button disabled
May be hidden or deprioritized in listings and recommendations

MNCJob uses Indian Standard Time (IST) for displaying job-related timestamps.

Job expiry enforcement is controlled by backend systems and administrative policies.

MNCJob does not guarantee the continuous availability of any job listing.

6. Account Registration, Suspension & Termination

MNCJob may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:

Violations of these Terms
Fraud, abuse, spam, or suspicious activity
Repeated policy violations
Legal or regulatory requirements

Banned users:

Cannot post jobs
Cannot access posting features
Cannot bypass restrictions using alternate or new accounts

Users may delete their account and associated personal data at any time via: Profile → Delete Account & Data

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. AI-Assisted Features Disclosure

MNCJob provides AI-assisted features, including but not limited to job description auto-fill and drafting tools.

Users acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is draft-only
Users must review, edit, and approve all AI-generated content
AI does not verify job authenticity, legality, or accuracy
MNCJob is not responsible for errors or omissions in AI-assisted drafts

Final responsibility for posted content lies entirely with the user.

8. Analytics, Advertising & Monetization

MNCJob may display advertisements and sponsored content using:

Google AdMob (Android application)
Google AdSense (Website)

MNCJob also uses:

Google Analytics
Firebase Analytics
Crash reporting and performance monitoring tools

These services may collect device, usage, and interaction data to:

Improve platform performance
Enhance user experience
Detect and prevent fraud
Support monetization and sustainability

MNCJob does NOT sell personally identifiable user data.

9. Third-Party Links & External Apply

Job listings may include links or redirects to third-party platforms.

MNCJob:

Does not control third-party websites
Is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions
Encourages users to review third-party privacy policies

Any interaction with third-party platforms is at the user’s own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNCJob shall not be liable for:

Job outcomes or hiring decisions
Employer or recruiter conduct
Financial losses or disputes
Data loss caused by third parties
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
