As an Applications Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and support of Google's internal business applications. This role involves solving diverse technical challenges, which may include implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating vendor-sourced enterprise software with internal systems, or developing custom-built software. You will build internal solutions with custom front-ends and back-end services to automate business processes, maintaining high standards in technical design, development, configuration, testing, and issue resolution. You will also assist partners with their daily challenges by providing scalable solutions and troubleshooting, understand operational workflows, identify tool requirements for scaling operations, and drive the development and deployment of these tools. Collaboration with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration of third-party products are key aspects of this role.
