This 12-month structured onboarding program offers rotations in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Site Reliability Engineering, and DevOps. As a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to real products and services, gaining hands-on experience in coding standards, testing methodologies, and agile development. Responsibilities include full-stack feature development, writing unit and integration tests, analyzing specifications, developing across multiple environments, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program is designed to accelerate professional growth and provide exposure to diverse technology domains.
