Lead Analyst – Credit Analytics

Lowe's is seeking a Lead Analyst in Credit Analytics to support Credit, Field (RCM), and Payments leadership through data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on enabling strategic analytics for credit performance, store prioritization, promotion effectiveness, and program execution. Responsibilities include owning the design and evolution of credit health dashboards, developing store prioritization frameworks, translating field needs into analytical solutions, and leading analyses for credit attach and front-end efficiency. The role also involves designing and maintaining foundational datasets, standardizing credit metrics, and preparing analytics-layer data. Collaboration with data engineering and platform teams is expected, along with enabling junior analysts by creating reusable data layers. Presenting executive-ready insights and driving documentation and knowledge management are key. The position requires researching and developing statistical approaches for specific business problems.
