As a Junior Java Developer, you will collaborate with senior engineers to implement new features, write test suites, debug backend services, and maintain core application APIs. This role offers significant growth opportunities through mentorship, code reviews, and structured training in enterprise technologies such as Spring Boot, cloud-native deployments, and distributed systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining software, implementing backend features and API endpoints, troubleshooting and resolving application bugs, and refactoring code for improved maintainability. You will also write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and gain exposure to SQL, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, and version control using Git. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and continuous learning in design patterns and system architecture is expected.
