Apprentice - HR Technology Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Support HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee data management) through HR technology. - Assist with the HR application renewal process, including requirements gathering and utilization analysis. - Contribute to streamlining HR processes through technology and automation, and document current and future workflows. - Support the creation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards, and learn about key HR metrics. - Perform basic data analysis using tools like Excel and HR system reporting modules. - Provide basic user support for HR technology inquiries and escalate complex issues. - Assist with HR technology projects, such as system enhancements and new feature rollouts. - Learn fundamental change management practices for rolling out new tools or processes. - Understand compliance requirements for HR data and systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) and follow procedures for data security. - Learn about IT standards and support compliance efforts.
