Criteo is seeking a Creative Design Intern to join their Creative team. This internship offers hands-on experience in performance marketing creatives, client use cases, and large-scale ad production workflows. You will collaborate with experienced designers and stakeholders to understand digital advertising at scale. Responsibilities include: - Supporting the creation of static and basic dynamic ad creatives for client campaigns. - Adapting and resizing creatives based on predefined templates, brand guidelines, and platform requirements. - Assisting in executing high-volume creative requests with accuracy and attention to detail. - Learning and adhering to Criteo’s design processes, quality standards, and turnaround timelines. - Collaborating with senior designers and coordinators to understand campaign goals and creative expectations. - Using Jira for task management, progress tracking, and communication. - Performing basic creative quality checks before final delivery. - Exploring and experimenting with AI-based creative tools under guidance. - Continuously learning about performance marketing, ecommerce advertising, and digital platforms. This role is based in Gurgaon, India, and supports the EMEA region with work hours from 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST.
