Service Desk Technician L1 Support

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Service Desk team. This role involves providing Level-1 IT support to end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for IT inquiries, performing L1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, managing password resets and account unlocks, logging and tracking incidents in the ticketing system, escalating unresolved issues, and documenting resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of computer fundamentals, operating systems, networking basics, and MS Office, with basic knowledge of Windows troubleshooting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are essential, along with the willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and in rotational shifts.
