Cognizant is hiring Fresher Analyst Trainees. The role will be aligned to various IT practices including Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT Practice based on candidate qualifications. Responsibilities may include performing database queries, CRUD operations, writing stored procedures, preparing and executing tests, analyzing and resolving service tickets, and demonstrating proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools. For roles aligned to Multicloud, responsibilities include maintaining and administering computing environments, monitoring production servers, and handling incident management, with support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments. For Digital Workplace Services roles, responsibilities involve providing first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining knowledge base articles. Candidates must be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant work location and comfortable working in a 24/7 environment if required.
