This role involves working from the office to assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, system integrations, and resolving basic IT-related problems. Responsibilities include acting as a central communication point for service support plans, communicating the business impact of major incidents, assessing system changes, configuring and troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, and network devices. The role requires hands-on participation in escalated support activities, including technical problem-solving and managing the server environment through proactive monitoring. Escalation to software vendors for technical support is also expected. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of computer systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
