Associate Systems Support Engineer

Altera is seeking an Associate Systems Support Engineer to assist with daily IT operations and technical issue resolution. This role involves supporting organizational projects from initiation through planning phases. The successful candidate will maintain and support Windows environments, including VMware, Active Directory, Clusters, and SQL & IIS services. Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred. Responsibilities: - Configure, install, upgrade, monitor performance, ensure security, and continually improve client server and application environments. - Support client infrastructure applications such as Microsoft SQL Servers, Active Directory, and core Windows components (IIS, Clusters, File System). - Build new servers and install/configure applications according to product requirements. - Upgrade and maintain applications in coordination with the Project Management Team. - Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects and related tasks. - Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of infrastructure-related services. - Analyze technical and business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Foster positive relationships with clients, end users, vendors, and consultants. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and hardware, integrating new developments into enterprise systems. - Utilize strong communication and email skills.
