Network Operations Residency Program
Google is seeking candidates for its Network Operations Residency Program (NORP), a two-year rotational program designed for university graduates starting in June 2026. This program provides new hires with exposure to network engineering and technical program management roles, aiming to develop future leaders in networking technology. Participants will collaborate on planning, delivering, and operating Google's global network infrastructure, contributing to innovative solutions, automation, and process improvements. The program is ideal for individuals with strong network fundamentals, project management skills, and a desire to solve complex technical challenges. Upon completion of the rotations, NORPers will transition into roles such as Network Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Program Manager.
