Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking skilled JavaScript/TypeScript developers to join our team focused on advancing AI technology. You will develop innovative solutions and contribute to cutting-edge commercial and research AI projects for US-based companies. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code for AI model training and optimization. - Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and analyze results. - Evaluate and rank AI model responses, providing clear explanations and rationales. - Lead Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) efforts and create task-specific datasets. - Collaborate on Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models. - Design evaluation strategies to improve AI model alignment with user needs and ethical guidelines. - Create and refine optimal responses to enhance AI performance. - Conduct peer reviews of code and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on model performance and product enhancements. - Integrate new tools and techniques to improve AI training processes. Requirements: - Write readable, reusable, and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews. - Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript. - Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6 and experience with Node.js, React, Nest, Angular, or Vue. - Experience with web app development using modular and scalable architectures, with a focus on code readability, security, and stability (testing). - Docker experience. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - Prior software Quality Assurance and Test Planning experience is a plus.
