TechM invites 2022 and 2023 graduates who excel in analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, and are passionate about coding, to participate in the TechM Supercoder Hiring Challenge. Top performers may secure an opportunity to work with TechM.

The challenge comprises the following rounds:

1. Round 1: 30-minute challenge with 30 questions covering Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, and Grammar.
2. Round 2: Advanced aptitude and coding round for shortlisted candidates from Round 1.
