Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring Network Engineers – L1 for international voice process roles. This position is immediate joiner based and will be work from office in Noida. The selected candidates will work on network infrastructure setup, device configuration, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage network devices: routers, switches, and firewalls
Network setup including crimping, routing, switching, and cabling
Install and troubleshoot software and systems
Perform basic and advanced network troubleshooting
Provide remote support and connectivity solutions
Execute subnetting and other basic IP configurations
Maintain documentation of network configurations and issues

Skills Required

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with network devices and tools
Familiarity with troubleshooting commands and tools
Basic knowledge of subnetting and remote connectivity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in an international voice-based environment
