Job Description for Oracle Careers:

As a Systems Analyst 1-Support, your role will focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base. You will serve as an advocate for customer needs and resolve non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. The role also involves troubleshooting technical questions about Oracle’s Electronic Support Services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and help facilitate customer relationships with Oracle’s support team.
