We’re looking for full-stack developers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Over the last couple of years, Instahyre achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, servicing customers ranging from fast-growing startups like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to global giants like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, and Intel.
The Role:
You’ll work on the entire technology stack for each feature you build, including backend, frontend, and any deployment automation required. You will be responsible for building new features, improving them based on customer feedback, and scaling them as usage grows while ensuring performance and security.
Every engineer who has spent more than a year at Instahyre has improved drastically, learning backend, frontend, DevOps, and user experience at a fast pace. If you want to build a great product loved by customers, then join us!
Expectations:
- Strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python/Django is a bonus).
- Willingness to work on Python/Django, AngularJS, and MySQL.
