About the Role

CloudSEK is looking for proactive Product Specialist Interns who are passionate about cybersecurity and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and behavior.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding product and account-related issues.
Assist customers through various communication channels (email, phone, screen-sharing) to troubleshoot product-related concerns.
Document issues and recommend actionable solutions.
Own customer issues from start to resolution by collaborating with relevant internal teams.
Monitor compliance with internal processes and track performance.
Stay updated on cybersecurity and tech developments.
