Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with Agile team to identify usage scenarios and workflows for the application
- Assist in requirements and design reviews to ensure functional accuracy
- Develop, execute, and document test plans to maintain product accuracy
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate to resolve issues
- Identify testing risks and implement mitigations to ensure quality within delivery timelines
- Partner with teams to facilitate cross-department testing events and ensure application quality
- Engage with clients in focus groups and attend client meetings as needed
Skills Needed to Be Successful:
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of testing and quality processes
- Quick assimilation of new product knowledge
- Accurate estimation of task durations and timely completion of projects
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
