Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24×7 enterprise support to BrowserStack customers.
Actively debug user test cases to ensure functionality across all browser platforms.
Respond to public queries on BrowserStack products in forums.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to resolve product issues promptly and provide improvement ideas.
Contribute actively to public and internal knowledge bases.

Required Key Skills:

Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Strong customer interaction skills.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in functional and automation testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
Hands-on experience in at least one programming language like Java, Node JS, Python, Ruby, etc.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git, Github, Team Foundation Server (TFS), etc.
Basic understanding of APIs, bash or cURL scripting.
Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries and networking concepts.
Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
Problem-solving, analytical skills, and troubleshooting abilities.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Experience in Technical Support/Automation QA roles is a plus.
